Our content
Everything on this site — text, blog posts, images, logos, and design — belongs to Perform PR (Kali Communications Limited) or is used with the relevant permission, unless stated otherwise.
You’re welcome to read and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or republish our content elsewhere without asking us first — just email melanie.pearson@performpr.co.uk and we’re happy to have a conversation about it.
Our blog
Our blog is written to share general PR and marketing insight for performing arts schools and colleges. It’s provided for general information only — it isn’t tailored advice for your specific school or college, and we can’t guarantee it will be accurate, complete, or up to date at the time you read it, or that it will suit your particular circumstances.
Nothing on the blog should be treated as a substitute for advice specific to your situation. If you’d like guidance tailored to your school or college, please get in touch and we can discuss working together properly.
Links to other websites
Our site links to some third-party services, including Calendly (for booking a call) and our social media pages. We don’t control these sites and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk, and their own terms and privacy policy will apply once you’re there.
Enquiries and bookings
Filling in our contact form or booking a call through Calendly doesn’t, by itself, create a contract between you and Perform PR for our services. If we agree to work together, that engagement will be governed by a separate agreement we sign with you directly, which will set out the actual terms of the work.
No liability for website use
We do our best to keep this website accurate and running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
To the extent permitted by law, Perform PR won’t be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on anything published on it, including the blog. This doesn’t affect or limit any liability that can’t lawfully be excluded or limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may update this website, its content, or these terms and conditions at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England & Wales.
